Fantastic front desk staff! We arrived much earlier than advertised check in time thinking we would have to store our luggage, but our room was ready and we were able to check in and start shopping/exploring all of Melbourne's attractions! BIG BONUS.
The only down side was it was noisy at night, loud music and foot traffic in corridors was disappointing, but overall a good stay.
