What can I say?? This holiday resort was simply fantastic with the location to match. If you love shopping, you'll love this place! Markets galore are on your door step as well as the beautiful Patong Beach.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern and spacious with the added bonus of a balcony for some fresh air. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun lounges to go round! The food was great, although a little pricey! The breakfast buffet was of a high standard. Checking in and out was dealt with professionally and quickly.

The resort king of Patong

This resort was devastated by the boxing day tsunami in 2004. But it has been reborn with a new life, fresher and more beautiful than ever. The rooms are very spacious and the staff extremely friendly. Located with the famous Patong markets on one side and the spectacular beach on the other side, it is nestled away in the perfect spot.
Enjoy the buffet breakfast in the morning then sit in the pool and sip cocktails at the swim up bar. If your staying there for a couple of days then the bartender will even learn your favourite drink and you need only a nod to get another.
I never saw a staff member without a smile, and if the busy streets prove too much for you then the guards are more than happy to literally stop traffic and help you cross.
The resort gets 5 stars from me and I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit.

This property has the surroundings of a tropical oasis. The staff hold customer service of a very high standard. It has a great location opposite Thailands famous Patong Beach. After a hard days shopping which surrounds the property the pool and pool bar is one of the best in the world. The rooms are very spacious all with balconies. They cater for all types singles, friends and families. After two days you will be relaxed.

Top notch- with the price tag to match!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn the last time I was in Phuket and can honestly say it was a gorgeous hotel! It's in a great location- right opposite Patong Beach with a beautiful pool and a setting that is more like a resort. Be warned though- the price tag matches the setting but as long as you're not looking for an especially cheap holiday I'd definitely recommend staying here. Great for families, couples and singles alike.
