WOW, this is the first word that enters your mind when you step into the Novotel in Nusa Dua. The resorts open design and neutral tones makes you feel relaxed instantaneously, friendly staff and the refreshing guava juice make the transition of check in effortless.
We arrived at night so all we saw was the room, which was clean and well appointed. My 2 friends and I came to Bali for a 4 day shop til you drop trip, so wasn't really anticipating to spend too much time at the resort. When we woke up and had a look at the resort, was when reality hit and we decided we have to dedicate 'resort time', because it was gorgeous. The resort is beautiful, from the outdoor shower on your front patio, the pool, the lush gardens and the friendly staff. The resort caters for all types of travelers, singles, couples, groups and families.
Buffet breakfast has a great variety and we only ate at coco's cafe on the beach for dinner, which I highly recommend and the Mei Goreng is YUM. The foot massage on the beach is just what is needed to get your feet ready for a long day of shopping, one of the best I have had.
The trip into Kuta is about a 30min drive, but goes very quickly as there is so much to see along the way.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali as it really has the WOW factor.

Arrive at Novotel Nusa Dua to not only be welcomed with warm weather, but also a warm smile. The staff are oh so friendly, and go out of their way to ensure you settle in comfortably. The rooms are modern yet traditional, and are maintained to a very high standard.
Novotel is a paradise within paradise, and features a large resort style pool, with adjacent bar, free wireless internet, gym, and kids fittness area. We loved how there were many different staff assisting with the resort facilities - including personal trainers, lifeguards, childrens fittness instructors, beach attendants, and the poolside craft stallholder.
If you are lucky enough to check out this amazing resort, a visit to Novotel's private beach is a must, followed by a fruit cocktail from the extensive room service menu!

This is a great family hotel, the staff are friendly and courteous. Located within the secure area of Nusa Dua with an excellent variety of shopping nearby. The two bedroom apartments are very good for families. The swimming pool has to be seen to be believed and the hotel has its own private beach close by. Ideal for those who want to stay in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta.

Novotel Nusa Dua was a conveniently located, beautifully presented and affordable hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous even when arriving at midnight. The private beach was particularly appealing when you just want to relax on the beach and not have people trying to sell you stuff constantly like you do in Kuta. I would highly recommend this hotel to others
